Perfect lovely location, on the waterfront. Also - short walk to the adjacent bay less than 200 meters away and Crete. Very pretty building, a nice size and functional rooms. New facilities and big beds.

The hotel is clean and situated right by the sea. The rooms are well-appointed and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is perfect, being very central and close to a tavern, Hora Sfakion, and the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby Despina for having some delicious treats and drinks.

During my recent stay at Livikon, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location. Being close to the port and having parking space nearby made it easy for me to catch the ferry and explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by small supermarkets, a bakery, and a pharmacy, providing everything I needed within a stone's throw. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The recently renovated hotel had a charming aesthetic, and the bathroom was particularly impressive. The on-site restaurant, Livikon, served delicious meals in a relaxing setting, with a terrace right next to the sea. my stay was enjoyable and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I would recommend Livikon to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.

I had such a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Hora Sfakion. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the sea from my room's balcony. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. The food at the hotel's terrace restaurant was absolutely superb. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The value for money at Livikon By The Sea was excellent, as the room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the harbour and sea from the balcony. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the village, and the staff treated us with warm Cretan hospitality throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety or options.

The place was chic and perfect, nothing to complain about, would be happy to recommend. We got guest room with lovely balcony, the sofabed, as example, had really lovely experience here.
